A member of the Ontario Provincial Rugby program through his early development, Rob developed a passion for team sports. Rob played high school basketball at Resurrection Catholic High School in Kitchener/Waterloo, Ontario. Selected as a Graduating All-Star after his senior season, he went on to university. Rob accepted admission into Wilfred Laurier and graduated with a degree in Philosophy with honors.
